Terms & Conditions
The minimum contract length for Office and Private PA work is 1 hour and will be charged an hourly rate.
Invoices will be issued either once the task has been completed or on a weekly basis for ongoing projects.
Invoices must be paid within 7 days of the invoice date.
Any late payment will incur interest at 2.5% per week until the invoice has been settled.
Payments are to be made by cheque or bank transfer.
Any extra expenses, including postage, stationary, telephone calls, etc will be charged at cost.
I reserve the right to refuse any task I deem to be illegal or offensive.
Confidentiality is of the up most importance to me and I am willing to sign confidentiality agreements.
